The Need

Primary care teams needed clear, practical guidance to understand fast-moving NHS reforms in the 10-year plan and prepare for changing roles, partnerships and future funding opportunities.

With shifting national policy creating uncertainty, two London boroughs commissioned At Scale to deliver targeted support that clarified changes, strengthened leadership capability and improved readiness for upcoming opportunities.

What we did

We delivered a tailored PLT session covering NHS changes, leadership across neighbourhoods, staying informed, partnership working and preparing for contracts and funding. We used interactive discussions and scenarios grounded in real operational challenges.

Outcomes

Participants reported increased clarity and confidence in understanding NHS changes. Teams felt better equipped to engage partners, interpret policy and prepare for new ways of working. The training hub confirmed strengthened leadership readiness, with several practices now exploring mentoring and reviewing their funding strategies.
