Rohney Saggar-Malik has over 25 years’ experience in successfully leading complex transformation and service innovation projects and leading teams to deliver improved engagement and outcomes for both internal and external stakeholders. She is a Trustee and a Board safeguarding lead for a youth charity, focused on inclusive participation in sports.

She has an extensive track record in Children and Young Peoples services, successfully developing and implementing service and business process improvement and innovations, diversifying stakeholder engagement, optimising commercial opportunities and innovating collaborative working based on co-production principles and values.
