Ken MacNeill has 35 years’ NHS and public sector experience and is an accountant. His work includes governance, efficiency and financial management projects and has experience of developing at scale services, including financial and technical aspects of collaboration and mergers.

He has worked across sectors including in social care and widely in local government so brings an understanding of how different parts of the public sector work. Ken is practical and good at working with people to get things done and brings the experiences of balancing the differing needs of businesses operating in the public sector.
