A five-partner NHS consortium needed expert bid management to deliver a winning Integrated Urgent Care tender for 650,000 people under intense time and operational pressure.
With only four weeks, differing service models and two trusts mid-merger, the consortium commissioned At Scale to coordinate, shape and manage a complex multi-organisational IUC tender response.
We led the full submission, drafting and reviewing content, managing over fifty supporting documents, aligning differing views on the care model and working on site with partners to ensure compliance and consistency.
The consortium submitted a fully compliant bid, agreed a single integrated model and secured board approval ahead of deadline. They won the tender, marking our second successful IUC bid with these partners, and we continue to support mobilisation towards go-live.
