Facing organisational strain and unclear expectations, the PCN commissioned At Scale to deliver a tailored mentoring and leadership development programme to build strategic capability and strengthen relationships across the local system.
What we did
We provided a two-year programme combining diagnostics, one-to-one mentoring, team leadership workshops and practical support with governance, system navigation, workforce planning and decision-making, supported by tools, frameworks and ongoing guidance.
Outcomes
The Clinical Director developed decisive leadership skills and strong system understanding. The PCN now operates more cohesively, with improved governance, clearer decision-making and a strengthened voice in borough and ICB forums, enhancing collaboration and readiness for national priorities.
